Ambien CR is an excellent medicine to assist with sleep. However, there is no evidence that the CR is that much better than regular Ambien. You may save yourself money by getting the generic.

I’ve never taken Ambien, but that’s mainly because other types of Ambien have caused people to sleep-eat, sleep-drive and sleep-walk, wich can be very dangerouse. Personaly I think the new Tylanol PM works much better. It helps you fall asleep easilly and it really does not have a habbit forming way.
