Some things and methods are better than taking medicines to induce sleep. Go for a walk, play games, and exercise so that you get exhausted and have a good sleep. Besides allowing you to sleep, these physical activities will enhance your health, your speed and agility.

I am a big fan of Melatonin. It gently helps you establish good sleeping patterns. I used it when I worked 3rd shift.
I’d do a little research, some people don’t like it, but it worked without any side affects for me.

Valerian root or Valerian root -w- hops in either tablet or tincture form, Jan de Vries sleep easy blend, or Bach Rescue sleep are all available from your local health food store. They’ve all worked well for me in the past.
