I am asking because I have trouble falling asleep, more commonly know as insomnia.
I would take melatrol to if i were you. I think that product is the best to cure insomnia. With Melatrol, you won’t have that that dull, "hung-over" feeling the next day. Instead, you’ll wake up feeling refreshed and rested. As your body re-establishes its natural sleep cycle, you’ll find you can sleep more easily. You won’t become addicted to Melatrol in order to get to sleep.
Oh yeah, melatrol recently gives you free sample delivered to your home. just go to this site: http://offto.net/naturallyfallasleepfast and you’ll get their free product sample for free

I would start off with something relatively weak like doxylamine…That’s the stuff in sudafed or nyquil that makes you sleepy when you take it. You can get doxylamine succinate over the counter by itself pretty much anyplace with a drug section.
The only problem with it that I know of is that frequent use decreases its effectiveness. I generally take a pill once to twice a week.

Try Melatonin. It is a sleep aid. You can find it where the vitamins are.
I take 2- 5 Mg’s. each night and they really do work.
At my Pharmacy they have all their over-the-counter items in alphabetic order. Makes them easier to find, also they have buy one get one free almost every week.

It’s not really for sleep, but Coricidin works great. Take 2 of them and you should have no problem falling asleep. I have insomnia too and it works for me.
