I need to go to sleep extra early tonight, so I’m looking sleep aid for just tonight. Which would you recommend? It’s about 6 PM and I need to be in bed by 7:30… my grandmother should be back in 45 minutes to an hour with the sleep-aid… so it would be best if it’ll work within 30 minutes to an hour or so.
Generic Benadryl.

As the former poster mentioned, any anti-histamine that crosses the blood brain barrier (ie Benadryl) will help. It’s important though to realize that you ought to use these sleep aids in moderation.

a real hard exercise (running really helps), take a shower, then masturbate. seriously, nothing else compares to it. It involves all-natural bodily functions: 1. run, get tired and sore 2. hot shower relaxes your mood and your muscles 3. masturbate right as you’re ready for bed. make it a pleasurable one, with whatever you are comfortable with. Sex, if an option, is always good. and BAM, you can hit that pillow physically tired but mentally relaxed and feeling oh soooo good.
